This site, coralhart.com, is published by The Coral Hart Group, the parent identity for PlotProse, Perfect Year, TropeSmith, BookAdPack, Authors Starport, Coral Wire, Author Services and Micro Drama Studio. For anything about your data, write to info@coralhart.com.
Visiting. Our pages are served through Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and when) to keep the site secure and fast. We use a visit counter from Ahrefs that reports pages viewed without building a profile of you, and the Meta Pixel, which sets a cookie and tells Meta which pages you viewed so that we can measure our advertising. You can stop the pixel with a content blocker, with your browser’s tracking protection, or through your Meta ad settings.
Writing to us. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of what was agreed.
Author Services and Micro Drama Studio. When you submit a brief or a manuscript, we collect your name, email address, pen name, the details of your book or series and the files you upload. We use them only to deliver the service you asked for, to send you the confirmation and progress emails that service promises, and to keep the record of your order. Submissions are stored in our own systems on Supabase and Cloudflare, and confirmation emails are sent through our email provider. Payments for those services are taken on plotprose.com under PlotProse’s own terms; we never see your card details.
Accounts and comments. This site has no accounts, no logins and no comments, so it collects nothing for them.
Interview videos on the press page load from YouTube only when you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. Typefaces load from Google Fonts. Links to our other sites and to third-party outlets take you to sites with their own privacy notices.
Logs and analytics are kept for as long as our providers keep them, which is short. Service submissions, manuscripts and deliverables are kept for as long as we need them to deliver and support the work you ordered and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Ask us and we will delete anything we are not legally required to keep.
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@coralhart.com and we will answer within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
