For Level Up Lab graduates

You already learned how to build a series that sells. Now let our team build it with you.

Bring the concept from Level Up Lab. Our production team runs it through the same market-grounded method — draft, revision, a real human beta read, and full packaging — and hands you back a finished, upload-ready series. You stay the author. We do the hours.

Your concept session is with Coral Hart herself. Coral personally runs and supervises every intake and concept session, so your series is onboarded correctly. From there a senior production lead, assigned at intake, looks after your series — with a team of designers, readers and analysts behind them, on the same market-intelligence engine, editorial pipeline and creative team The Coral Hart Group runs its own catalogue on.

01Who this is for

Built for authors who’ve done the work, not authors starting from zero.

Close-up of hands typing on a laptop keyboard beside a coffee cup and a handwritten notebook, in early window light

This is for you if

  • You’ve finished Level Up Lab and know how a market-grounded series should work — you just don’t have the hours to write it.
  • You have a concept, or the start of one, and want it turned into a finished, sellable series.
  • You’d rather spend your writing time on your next concept than on the revision pass for this one.
  • You want your launches to look like they came from a full production team, not a solo desk at midnight.

Probably not for you if

  • Writing every scene yourself is the part you love — this service hands that part to us, on purpose.
  • You don’t have a concept or niche worked out yet. Start there in Level Up Lab, then come back to us.
  • You need every book to run well past 60,000 words as standard. Longer manuscripts are available on special request — raise it at your concept session.
02How each book is made

Six steps. One fixed price. Nothing skipped.

Every series starts with Coral Hart in the room. She runs and supervises every intake and concept session herself. After that, a senior production lead — assigned at intake, with designers, readers and analysts behind them — runs your series end to end through the group’s own editorial pipeline, human beta reader and creative studio. Not an automated queue.

1

Your concept, shaped with Coral herself

You bring the idea. Coral Hart runs your concept session personally — once, at the start of the series — so every book that follows already knows where it’s going. You set the direction. We hold it.

2

Aimed at readers who are actually buying

Before a word is drafted, your concept is run through our market-intelligence engine — 2 million+ reader signals — so the book is built for the readers you want, not a guess.

Market grounding
3

A finished, full-length draft — without you writing it

A complete draft lands in your hands, structured to your concept and your lane. No blank page, no lost weekends.

First draft created
4

Polished to publish standard before you ever see it

Every draft goes through our editorial pipeline — line-level revision and a full pre-flight check — to beta-ready standard.

Ghostwriter pass
5

Checked by a real reader, not just a checklist

An independent, professional external beta reader reads the whole book and sends corrections back into the manuscript. Want your own reader in the loop too? They’re welcome to stay.

6

Ready to upload — cover, blurb, metadata and all

Your cover, back-cover blurb, complete Amazon metadata and A+ content arrive ready for KDP. You upload. You launch.

03Beyond the book

Author Operations — the part after “publish” that nobody budgets time for

A finished series still needs a newsletter every week, an upload every release, promotion every launch, and fresh ad images every month. Author Operations is us doing that too — so publishing stops being a second job and starts being pure output.

Your newsletter, without the Tuesday deadline

Your reader newsletter goes out every week, written in your voice, with growth swaps built in — without it living on your to-do list.

Launches, without the open KDP tab

Uploads, metadata, pricing, categories and launch logistics — handled end to end for every release in the series.

Promotion, without the DMs

Every release gets pushed across our reader-facing network and promo placements automatically.

Fresh creative, every month

A new pack of ad and social images for your books lands monthly — made by the same team that builds our own commercial ad campaigns.

One flat fee per series, however long it runs — a 16-book series costs the same to manage as a 3-book one. Extra releases in a month: $45 each. Each additional series: +$95/month, added on request. Month to month. Cancel any series, any time.

04Per-book pricing

One price. Everything included. No add-ons, no surprises.

Every step above, every book, for manuscripts up to 60,000 words — longer manuscripts on special request. The concept session happens once and carries across the whole series. You pay in full at checkout and your slot is reserved.

05Why this isn’t a guess

Built on what already runs the group’s own catalogue

Coral runs your concept session. A senior production lead runs delivery.

Coral Hart personally runs and supervises every intake and concept session. From there, delivery is run by a senior production lead assigned at intake — a real person on our team right now, with designers, readers and analysts behind them — using the group’s editorial pipeline, an independent human beta reader and our in-house creative studio for covers and ad images. Not a future automation, not a black box.

The demand data is the same data

The market-intelligence engine — 2 million+ reader signals — is the same demand data behind The Coral Hart Group’s own catalogue decisions, not a one-off report built for this page.

The editorial bar doesn’t move for anyone

The ghostwriter pass and the independent beta reader are the same standard every Coral Hart Group book goes through before it reaches a reader — yours included.

The creative team already does this daily

Your cover, ad images and A+ content are built by the same team that produces the group’s own commercial ad campaigns — not a freelancer picked up for this offer.

It’s the method you already trust

This is the market-grounded, series-first method taught in Level Up Lab — run by our team on your behalf, instead of by you at 11pm.

06Before you reserve a slot

The questions every author asks first

Is it really still my book?
Yes. The concept starts with you, shaped with Coral Hart herself at the one-time concept session — the direction, the niche, the series arc are yours. Everything after that (drafting, revision, beta read, packaging) is our team executing your concept, not replacing it. A senior production lead, assigned at intake, stays your single point of contact through every step.
What if I don’t love the first draft?
Every draft already goes through a full ghostwriter revision pass and an independent human beta read before it’s considered finished — most “this isn’t quite it” issues get caught and fixed before you ever see the manuscript. And our promise is simple: if the first draft doesn’t match the concept brief we agreed at your concept session, we revise it at no extra charge until it does.
Who owns the rights?
You do. The manuscript, the cover and the metadata belong to you — the book publishes under your name, through your own KDP account.
How long can each book be?
Every tier covers manuscripts up to 60,000 words per book. Longer manuscripts are available on special request — raise it at your concept session with Coral and we’ll scope it with you.
What happens when I reserve?
Your slot is reserved when you pay in full at checkout for the tier you choose. Your concept session with Coral Hart is the first step after that, and a senior production lead is assigned to your series at intake.
What does “beta-ready” actually mean?
It means the manuscript has already been through line-level revision and a full pre-flight check — professional quality, not a rough first pass — before it goes to our independent beta reader. What comes back to you has been read and corrected by a real person, twice over.
Why not just do it myself?
You can — Level Up Lab taught you how. This is for the weeks you don’t have. You keep the part you’re best at (the concept, the voice, the decisions) and hand off the part that costs you the most time: drafting, revision, packaging, and everything after launch if you add Author Operations.

Our promise

If the first draft doesn’t match the concept brief we agreed at your concept session, we revise it at no extra charge until it does.
